Maria Anderson: T-shirts
So I was playing around with different designs, not sure if I wanted the buffalo jump image continuing up the shoulder like ghosts or not.
This is a drawing I did of Allen Ginsberg. I originally had text beneath it but I preferred the simpler image. I'll keep adding to it though because I think it needs something more.
Also, AS220 is hosting talks today by a letterpress artist named Dan Wood and others, and another tomorrow by Pippi Zornoza and Guggenheim Curator Lauren Hinkson that look pretty interesting.

And, my friend Jeff has a contemporary art blog called Curbs and Stoops that is pretty interesting. He features a lot of street art and graffiti.

Jocelyn - Tee Revised
The goal of my t-shirt design revision was to create a design that felt less cluttered and a color scheme that had better contrast. I separated the silhouettes from the words because all the original elements seemed to be competing with each other. I'm still not sure whether I've totally accomplished these goals, but I do believe this design is more readable for a t-shirt.
4 - Cole van Krieken: T-Shirt, Again
For touching up the t-shirt, I decided to clean up my King Kong one, because I felt it was the better of the two. I cleaned up a lot of the rough edges in buildings that were in the original and made the planes look cleaner. I also adjusted their position to make them fit in with the skyline better.

6 - Daniella Prince: Monsters
Over the summer my friend and I were walking around and somehow the idea of some monster called an OCTOGOOSE came up. Neither of us remember how, but the the thought of the creature has been haunting us ever since. As a surprise, I brought it to life in this image. I think of this design as being one of those weird cult internet joke things that would show up on some nerd's t-shirt.
Here is an updated version of my earlier design. I included the rest of the jellyfish life-cycle to give a better context for the image, and edited the orientation of certain aspects as well as the background gradient.

5 - Warren J. - Tshirt revisited
I reworked the muffin tshirt a little bit, adding sprinkles, changing the color scheme and tweaking the positioning. I removed the pans because I was having trouble with the color scheme, but I am not sure if the message is as clear now that the muffins are being baked.
