In real life, M.C. Escher didn't need a business card. Everyone could tell who he was by the weird way his head folded back in on itself. It was supposedly sort of terrifying if you looked at it for too long.
I really like your design for this card. All kinds of gestalt are present (continuation, proximity, figure). It's simple, interesting, and the eye is drawn to the important information.
