I initially started out with a drawing of my hand (I like to draw hands) and thought that a gun-shaped hand looked interesting. And then I thought of how art can be used as a weapon to make a political or personal statement. I then played around with composition and colors. This color scheme is military style which plays on the idea of "weapon".
I also made a more colorful version to highlight "creativity" instead of "weapon".
