I replaced the Merrill Lynch gold bull with a glowing orb. The text in the middle reads "Zi zhi zhi ming" in mandarin. It is a classical Chinese idiom meaning "self knowledge" or "to know oneself." I added the yellowish negative space on a whim and decided to keep it.
